Advanced Information Databases (also known as AdInfo) is the Official North American Gateway for the Databases of the European Union.

Located in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, AdInfo was created specifically for the promotion and distribution of European and other databases in the United States and Canada.  We were awarded official gateway status in July 1995 and became functional as a gateway agent in May 1996.

With many of the European Commission's databases, including TED andCELEX, on the World Wide Web, we are proud that we were the first gateway to use this technology to provide our main access point.  Through our fore-thought and innovation, we proved that providing this information electronically was both effective and efficient.

We are also very proud of our customer service record.  Our Service Desk is the operational heart of our gateway as we strive to maintain an image as a professional, competent and customer-focused business.  Our Service Desk support staff is well-trained and willing to help existing clients and deal with new inquiries.  Everyone working for our company has attended tailored Service Desk training sessions, or has been trained by a supervisor who has done extensive customer service research.

The manner in which we present our services is equally as important as the actual services we provide.  If the client or inquiry does not perceive that we are doing the best job possible, then we have failed in our commitment to customer service.
